1. Membership & Access
Memberships are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
Access is granted during published operating hours, except where 24/7 access is explicitly included in your plan.
We reserve the right to deny or revoke access for violation of these Terms or inappropriate behavior.
Members must comply with all security procedures, including key cards, codes, or sign-in requirements.
2. Use of Facilities
The Space may be used solely for lawful business and professional purposes.
Members must not engage in activities that are disruptive, unsafe, or illegal.
Common areas, desks, meeting rooms, and equipment must be used respectfully and left in reasonable condition.
Any damage caused by a Member or their guests must be repaired or replaced at the Member’s expense.
3. Guests & Visitors
Guest access is subject to your visitor or membership plan and Space policies.
Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests at all times.
Guests must comply with these Terms and any posted rules.
4. Payments & Fees
Membership fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise agreed.
All fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Late payments may result in suspension or termination of access.
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable prior notice.
5. Internet & Technology Use
Internet access is provided “as is” and without guarantee of speed, security, or uptime.
Members are responsible for maintaining appropriate security, backups, and antivirus protection.
Illegal downloading, hacking, or misuse of the network is strictly prohibited.
No crypto mining or other related activity is allowed
6. Personal Property & Liability
Visitors and members are responsible for their own belongings. We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
Use of the Space is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from use of the Space.
In case of visitors and/or members who bring their own equipment (monitors, desktop PC, other workstations etc) the use of the above equipment will be done in a lawful way and it will not exceed common use energy consumption standards. For tasks that require extra power consumption the user should inform the operator of the space before proceeding with execution of the tasks.
The Space is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property due to acts of violence during riots or other kind of protests or terrorist acts.
7. Health, Safety & Conduct
Visitors and members must comply with all health, safety, and fire regulations.
Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
We reserve the right to remove any person who poses a risk to others or the Space.
8. Termination & Cancellation
Visitors' sign-ins and memberships may be canceled according to the notice period specified in your plan.
We may terminate a membership or a sign-in immediately for material breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, access rights end immediately.
9. Privacy
We collect and use personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Security cameras may be used in common areas for safety purposes (not in private areas).
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Space after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece.
